Privacy policy — Forms: for Google Forms
What this app collects, why it collects it, and what you can ask us to delete.

Your forms and Google account
The app uses Google sign-in and Firebase Authentication. When you connect your account, Google supplies your name, email address and account identifier. The app uses these to authenticate requests and show your account. Your permission determines access to Google Forms and Drive.
The app reads and edits forms, questions, response data and files you choose to work with. Forms and responses remain in your Google account. Selected images are uploaded to your Google Drive and can be made accessible by link so that Google Forms can display them. Consider what an image contains before using it in a shared form. Local caches and exports may remain on your device until removed.
Optional AI features
AI generation, scanning and response summaries send the prompt, selected image or selected response content only after your permission. You can withdraw AI sharing permission in the app. Requests are processed through our service and OpenRouter with zero-data-retention provider routing. The app backend does not store prompts or generated output. Usage counters are retained to enforce service limits. Do not include information you are not authorized to share.
Service operation, analytics and diagnostics
Google Firebase provides authentication, App Check, Remote Config, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Functions and optional push notifications. These services process account or installation identifiers, app interactions, device and app information, crash reports and diagnostic data to operate, secure and improve the app. Analytics can derive an approximate location from an IP address; the app does not request precise device location for this purpose.
If you enable response notifications, the service stores a notification token and a registration associated with your account and the selected form. The server uses these to deliver response updates. Crash reporting uses bounded error and operation information; the app's crash reporter excludes form content, access tokens and notification tokens from error details.
On startup, the app checks on your device whether WhatsApp is available to decide whether to offer a rating invitation. This result is not persisted or sent to our services. Choosing Yes calls the native Apple or Google review API. The store controls whether its review sheet appears and how a submitted rating is processed.
Purchases
Apple or Google processes subscriptions and payment details. The app receives purchase and entitlement information to enable paid features and restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment card number. Subscription transactions and related analytics may be processed by the store and Firebase SDKs.
Recipients and security
Data is sent over encrypted connections to the services needed for the feature you use, including Google/Firebase, Apple or Google billing, and OpenRouter for AI requests you authorize. Sharing a form, image or export with another person is your choice. The app does not include advertising or cross-company tracking features.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Your Google Forms, Drive files and responses follow your Google account's storage and deletion controls. Deleting an app account does not delete those Google-owned files. You can remove them in Google Forms or Drive and revoke the app's access in your Google account settings.
To request deletion of the app's account records, notification registrations or usage records, email the support page from the email address associated with the app. State whether you want to remove the account or particular app data. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you. Do not send your password, access tokens, or payment card information. Diagnostic and transaction records may remain subject to the relevant service provider's retention rules and applicable legal obligations. This policy does not promise that signing out alone deletes remote records.
Deleting app data or an app account does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google Play account settings. You can also turn off notifications in device settings and stop using optional AI features without canceling your account.
